New Features

  • Career Paths. Assuming associations between jobs, skills, and courses have been set up, users will now be able to follow learning paths. This powerful feature helps users strengthen their skills, and take courses necessary for desired future roles.
  • Suggested Courses. Schoox can now suggest additional courses based on skills needed for their job. You, as an Academy admin, can choose to turn this feature on, and then configure what criteria and priorities should be taken into account.
  • Configure Tools Menu. You, as an Academy’s admin, can now choose your favorite quick tools for your Toolbar. These tools will be visible to anyone in your Academy who has the Tools tab.
  • Search bar on Home Page. You can now control if you’d like to add a universal search bar on your Academy’s Home Page. This search bar will allow members to search for Courses, Curricula or other academy members.


Enhancements

  • Update course and group discussion boards. The course and the group discussion boards have been updated. You can now format your text, as well as add links in your comments.

New Features

  • Create Polls. Employee feedback is important in order for training to become as effective as possible. Admins can now create standalone polls, or polls associated with courses.
  • Change Academy Labels. As an administrator, you are now able to change your Academy Labels. You can replace labels in your Academy with your preferred ones. For example, you may prefer to use the label “Academy” instead of “Institution”. This changes will apply to the entire interface of your Academy.
  • Course bundles for the Marketplace. You, as an instructor of a Training Academy, can now create a group of courses, and publish them on Schoox’s Marketplace as bundles. The admins can set the desired prices and the tier pricing for each bundle.
  • Turn external members into employees. Admins can now turn external members of an academy into employees and keep their existing progress.
  • Integration with Google Analytics. You, as an admin, can now add your Google Analytics Tracking Code in Schoox, and track your employees’ activity inside your Schoox Academy.
  • Content Library in Mobile App. The Content Library is now available for our mobile users through the native Schoox app for Android and iOS.
  • Upload to Schoox and share files in Mobile App. Mobile users can now upload and share their personal files through the Schoox app, as long as they are granted the necessary permissions.

New Features

  • Customized Home Page. You, as an Admin, are able to customize your home page, and select the blocks that will be visible for your Academy’s members.
  • Access Curricula on your Mobile App. All users are now able to access the Academy’s Curricula on our native Mobile App for iOS and Android.
  • Extra member settings - You can now, as an Academy Admin, control whether your employees can rate and comment on shared content, as well as if they can download files within your academy library.
  • Assign skills option - You can now assign several skills to your employees. Simply select the skills and use the “Individual Assignment” or the “Advanced Assignment” tool.


Enhancements

  • Set rights for the Head of each Above Unit. The Academy Admins can set now set the rights that each Head of Above Unit will have within the Academy. These rights include Reporting,Manage Members,Assign Courses, and more.
  • New course announcements. You, as an Admin or Training Manager, can send Announcements to enrolled members by using a new and improved interface. You can now select the users by using the “Individual announcement” or the “Advanced Announcement” tool, and then send them your message.
  • Priority listing for curricula. You are now able to list your Curricula in the order you want them displayed as you can with courses.
  • Upload skills and group skills list. There is the option to upload new Skills and new Group Skills by uploading an Excel file.
  • Upload jobs and unis / above units. While creating your Organizational Structure, you as an Academy Admin, can now upload Jobs and Units/Above Units with an Excel file.

New Features

  • Local Leaderboards. As a Unit Manager or Assistant Unit Manager you are now able to access the Local Leaderboards. A new type of Leaderboards has been added that allows you to have an overview of your Unit ranking as learners.
  • Recurring Events and Event Steps. As an admin you are now able to create recurring events that will be repeated daily, weekly, monthly or yearly. These events can be offered as standalone events or as part of a course/curriculum. You can also add multiple steps to your event.
  • Virtual classrooms available on the mobile - The virtual events are now available on the mobile for your employees.


Enhancements

  • Connect Skills and On the Job Training. You are now able to associate an On The Job Training with Skills that are used throughout your Academy.
  • Select type of assessment for your On the Job Training. You are able, as an admin, to select what kind of assessment you’d like to use for you Academy’s On The Job Training. You can choose between “Performance Levels”, such as good, excellent etc., and Score, that can vary from 0% to 100%.
  • Hide auto-generated posts and promote wall posts. You can now hide the auto-generated posted from your “Home” page. As an Academy administrator, you can also pin posts that will be displayed at the top of the “Home” page.
  • Set the send announcements permissions. You as an administrator are able to control if a Unit Manager or a Head of an Above Unit is allowed to Send Announcements.
