Tropical Smoothie Café, LLC (TSC) is the franchisor of the Tropical Smoothie Cafe® quick-service restaurant system. TSC uses the Schoox LMS platform to make training materials available to its franchisees so they can train their cafe crew members and other employees.

TSC’s learning and development team decided to move from paper-based training to digital learning to better serve nearly 1,400 franchised locations across the United States.
