As Chief Marketing Officer, Sandra leads Schoox’s global marketing strategy, driving brand, demand, and revenue growth for the company’s AI-engineered frontline learning and workforce performance solutions. She is championing a new era of L&D in which learning and employee development become integral drivers of workforce performance and competitive differentiation for some of the world’s most recognized brands.

Sandra brings more than 25 years of experience helping global enterprise software and technology companies accelerate growth through customer-centric strategy and innovation. For over a decade, she has focused specifically on frontline industries and technology solutions to optimize workforce management, employee experience, and learning and development for global organizations. She has brought to market innovative platforms that improve engagement, unlock career mobility, and equip frontline teams with the tools and technology they need to contribute meaningfully to business success. Her expertise lies in translating complex technology into measurable business value, enabling organizations to align frontline capability with growth, retention, and operational excellence.

Prior to Schoox, Sandra served as Chief Marketing and Customer Experience Officer at WorkForce Software, where she led global go-to-market strategy, learning and development operations, demand generation, brand development, and customer retention programs, playing a key leadership role in the company’s successful acquisition by ADP. She previously held CMO roles at LLamasoft, prior to its acquisition by Coupa, and at INTTRA, as well as senior global leadership positions at OpenText and Hyperion. Sandra earned her bachelor’s degree in business analytics and research from Texas A&M University.
