LINA is an AI-powered training chatbot embedded directly in the Schoox platform. Learners ask questions in natural language and get answers drawn exclusively from the content they have permission to access, including PDFs, presentations, documents, spreadsheets, audio, and video. Accessible from the top navigation bar, LINA is always ready to help.

Common questions
LINA generates responses exclusively from your organization’s uploaded and approved training content. It does not search or pull information from the public internet, keeping answers accurate, relevant, and aligned with your internal standards. It does not access personal learner data, like course progress, pending assignments, certifications, or HR-related information.
Yes. You can configure which learners have access, and LINA fully respects your existing role-based access controls — it only retrieves information from content a learner already has permission to view within Schoox.
No. To protect assessment integrity, LINA is intentionally unavailable on pages like Courses, Learning Paths, OJT, and Exams, so learners can’t use it in place of completing the coursework.
LINA includes built-in guardrails that block harmful, illegal, or policy-violating queries, replying with a standardized warning for inappropriate questions. Continued violations are blocked, and high-severity issues automatically end the session and are logged for admin review.
