Pacific Seafood, an Oregon-based company with 3,000 employees across 40 facilities in the US, Canada, and Chile, is implementing Schoox to support its ambitious “Mission 31 Possible” initiative to double in size over the next seven years. The industry-leading workplace learning platform will help Pacific Seafood upskill employees—particularly frontline workers and non-English speakers—through visual learning modules, microlearning sessions, and customized training tracks. The company recently added 600 new employees following its acquisition of Trident Seafoods’ Kodiak operations, and it plans to use Schoox to streamline onboarding, performance reviews, and goal-setting across its expanding operations, as well as improve employee retention and provide leadership development to promote from within.
