The partnership comes as Church’s Texas Chicken, along with its international sister brand Texas Chicken, expands to 1,400 locations across 22 countries and global markets, making consistent training delivery a significant operational priority.
The collaboration aims to help Church’s standardize its training programs for its franchisees worldwide. The company’s senior director of global operations training, Bouran Qaddumi, emphasized that adequate training and support for franchisees is critical to the company’s success. Schoox’s modern learning platform offers ease of use, detailed training insights, and tools designed to help franchisees maximize their growth potential.
