It’s always exciting to attend conferences as part of the Schoox team. Most recently, I was at DevLearn in Las Vegas, where I reconnected with many friends and colleagues from the HR and Talent Development space, most of whom I met in the 21 years I spent in the hospitality industry. It takes me back to the time I spent as an LMS Administrator, always on the hunt for a platform that could meet the needs of my industry: ease of use, speed and accuracy of reporting, and a robust support team.
When people visited our booth at DevLearn, I often began by asking, “what’s the biggest thorn in your side when it comes to training and learning?” One of the most common responses was “time”. So much is asked of Training and Development professionals because it’s easy for organizations to believe every performance gap can be “fixed” by training. So how does Schoox solve the problem of “time”?
- A best-in-class onboarding experience for new hires that significantly reduces the administrative prep time needed from management (critical in an industry with high turnover.)
- Fast and accurate reporting to get a real-time look at who has and hasn’t completed training (for when compliance audits come up quickly or leadership wants to know the current status of a program.)

- Support professionals who respond quickly and know how and when to escalate issues (and they’re real humans who are outstanding at what they do.)
Having walked in the shoes of our current and future customers, I am uniquely positioned to share how much Schoox can do for their organizations. I have felt their pains and experienced their frustrations, and I empathize with the anxiety that comes with selecting a learning platform. Helping people see there is a solution to their challenges is one of the many privileges of working with the team at Schoox, where we put people at the center of everything we do!
